At Another Season Consignments, we strive to ensure you love your unique finds; however, because we curate one-of-a-kind items from individual consignors, all sales are final unless an item is proven to be significantly misrepresented.
Return Process
- 1.Review Your Order
Carefully inspect your items upon delivery to ensure they match the description and condition noted at the time of purchase.
- 2.Contact Support
If you believe an item was misrepresented, email our team within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the discrepancy.
- 3.Return Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping instructions.
- 4.Receive Store Credit
After we receive and verify the returned item in its original condition, a store credit will be issued to your account for future use.
